1. Security & Light Management: Rotate lights, open or close blinds, and inspect doors and windows  to create the illusion of occupancy.

2. Mail & Deliveries: Retrieve mail and packages, bring in  deliveries, manage outgoing items.

3. Pet & Plant Care:Check-in on pets, provide feeding and water, walks & playtime, and tend to both indoor and outdoor plants.

4. Trash & Recycling:  Set out bins for collection and      return them promptly afterward.

5. Property Upkeep: Perform light outdoor tidying and check essential utilities and home systems to ensure they’re functioning properly, noting anything that may require professional attention or repair.
