About the Owner

The Haven’s Nest is owned and operated by Josh Ware, a local resident based in Nolensville, Tennessee.

Before founding The Haven’s Nest, Josh spent over 25 years as a state-certified residential appraiser and six years as a licensed real estate agent in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout his career, he worked directly with thousands of homeowners, developing long-term professional relationships built on trust, reliability, and clear communication.

Combined with his own personal experience as a homeowner, this background provided Josh with a deep understanding of how challenging it can be to keep up with ongoing home responsibilities in today’s environment. The Haven’s Nest was created to offer the kind of practical, compassionate support that many homeowners need but don’t always know where to find.

Josh personally provides and oversees all services offered by The Haven’s Nest.
